Black owned and managed Black Bank - The game changer.

Imagine the day you walk into the bank you own and be served by the people you employed and they are owners as well. Such has been a dream for Makome Kingdom.  Have you own wild imaginations.  Don't limit your horizon.  Think of the Bank that keeps your funeral covers and do join your family during bereavement.  What about the Bank that invest in your business and still encourages all other Bankers to support your business.  Think of the Bank which prioritise investments in Bookshops in townships instead of Bottle Stores.  Think of the Bank which prioritise investments on factories instead of giving credits to consumers. 

That dream is real.  Like minded black people have decided to united and build mutual bank which will later be converted into commercial banks.  Just like any other average black person who can not get the service they want from the current establishment, the decision to support the idea of Black Bank was spontaneous.

The inaugural planning meeting of this Black Bank will be held in East London, on the 18th January 2020 (date for other provinces will follow).  There are many initiatives similar to this but the difference between them is that the Black Bank accommodates everyone.  It has no class.  Monthly minimum savings of R200 will earn you a Bank and entitlement to dividends when profits are shared.

All of us who are part of this Black Bank understand that Black Unity and Ethical conducts are the game changers.  If the number of people who are joining the Bank at its inception stage are what should be expected in the future, the year 2020 might end with 5 million clients who are owners of the Bank.  This prospect raises heights to new horizons.  The new meaning of life for a black child.  Five (5) million bank owners can easily mobilise R1 billion per month.  What do you you with profits from investments, income generated through government instruments, transaction, risk covers, etc.
