If you want to better understand that Capitalism is living in a borrowed time and it is giving way for Communism you need not to scratch very far. Study how the People’s Republic of China responded to Coronavirus. In less than 10 days, they have build a state of the art hospital with a capacity of 1,000 beds. Bo bureaucracy, no space for corruption, no poor workmanship. Nada.
In Africa which is being pushed against its natural being to live with capitalism model, it (building hospital in 10 days) will never happen until the generation inspired by Thomas Sankara's spirits can say Phambini with communism.
Lets examine 2 leading economies in the world. One which advocates capitalism and forces its political models through the throats of every country they can bully. That’s United State of America. Against the one which quietly demonstrate how communism is a solution to all the problems that are facing the world.
You will expect Europe and USA leading in every sector of the economy but the reality is opposite. China Banks that are owned by Chinese occupies spot #1 to #4 in the world. That’s Industrial & Commercial Bank of China with $4.02 Trillion in capitalisation. Followed by China Construction Bank ($3.37 t), Agricultural Bank of China ($3.2 t) and Bank of China ($3.09 t). Your glorified JP Morgan at spot #6 and Bank of America are not even a match to Mitsubish UFJ of Japan.
Bring in Chemical industry where Germans who also master communism of their own kind, they enjoy #1 and #2 in the chemical sector with BASF showing how it is done. They are best in mining, industrial, agriculture and medicines. Then SinoPEC of China and SABIC of Saudi Arabia taking 3rd and 4th respectively. Public enemy #1 Monsoto of USA is not a match. You will have to observe this space, China and India will lead the pack in no distance future.
You will assume that USA will lead in IT hardware. Only to find Samsung of South Korea, Apple of USA, Huawei (new baby) of China leading. Again, Apple will not stand the blow from Huawei and it will soon give in to communists as they know how to manufacture every component of Apple and the Owner do of IP has no capacity.
I would have expected Ford from USA to take a dignified position in car manufacturing but guess what? It is Renault-Nissan of Japan, VW of Germany, Toyota of Japan and Hundai of South Korea on the podium. .
Why I am not surprised with USA Capitalists leading in defence weapons / machines production. They are thirsty. Lockheed Martin ($54 billion turnover in 2018), Boeing, Raytheon all from USA followed by BAE Systems of United Kingdom. All these owned by private families.
Who owns Walmart? Walmart Inc is an American multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets. It began in 1950 when businessman Sam Walton purchased a store from Luther E. Harrison in Bentonville. Since then, they survive in buying out competitors. In South Africa, they have bought out almost everyone in the wholesale space and they became Massmart Group. Their model sums up who Capitalists are. They are lazy and rely on powerful weapons and stolen money to live.
If you can’t be convinced that socialism is the answer to poverty, unemployment and inequality, then one can assume that you are hard core capitalists and only think of your greedy needs. You can be proud of yourself by going around and tell people about cow and milk nonsense.
Capitalism and Communism can not be mixed. The ruling party in South Africa (#MyANC) mixed the 2 and it got lost on its path. Tsonga idiom says Nwhari mbirhi yinwe yi ta tswha nkanga. You just can not walk two paths at the same time. #ANC last-born son (now #EFF) cried loud to show them the way. They threw it out of the window.
Having examined the capabilities from China and the weakness of USA even though they want to project themselves as the Big Brother but they have nothing to offer. I am tempted to conclude that #EFF model of using State power to drive the economy in all strategic economic sectors is the only solution. It will happen and victory is in the horizon.
